From 10 years ECEAT -Poland in
collaboration with ECEAT - International with
seat in Holland has realized project of ecological
touristic in Ecological Farms. As single organization
in Poland it connects 3 elements: touristic, agriculture
and ecology.
Main idea of this project is promotion of ecological
agriculture through ecological touristic.
Touristic is glourious instrument to promote
ecological agriculture and ecological way of
life. Connexion farms which produce articles
of food by ecological methods and attractive
touristics, with possiblity rest in natural
condition, is mutual advantage. Farmer is supported
with finance. Tourist is set free from daily
life in city. Two groups (farmers and tourists)
are contributed to protection of natural environment.
This form of touristic permit that people from
cities can take a rest and contact with nature
and real country life.
Articles of food produced by ecological methods
is tasty and healthy. Quantity farms interested
in ecological methods production is growing.
They can participate in project of ecological
touristic realize by ECEAT-Poland.
ECEAT -Poland has criterion, surbodinated interantionally
criterions elaborated by ECEAT- International.
Farms collaborating with ECEAT should:
- produce food by ecologic methods
- assure that at least 50% meal for tourist
will be composed with own products
- demonstrate care of natural environment by
economizing water, energy, segregation venture,
proecological purchases and investments
- use natural and local materials
- maintain traditions
- invest in development of farm by first rotation
